2. Preventing Discrimination: NGO Power of the Future prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression in all aspects of its operations, including but not limited to hiring, promotion, and project implementation.
3. Ensuring Safety: NGO Power of the Future is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for LGBT+ individuals, ensuring they can work, volunteer, and participate in programs without fear of discrimination, harassment, or violence.
